The company was started by individuals who had worked in the recreational vehicle industry in sales, parts and service with a shared belief that repair and maintenance of recreational vehicles were suffering due to dealers placing higher priorities on selling new and used vehicles than on maintenance and repair.

President Frank Martin spent most of his childhood enjoying the outdoors in this family’s small camper and admired the more advanced motorhomes that shared the family’s campsites. He also worked alongside his father, who was in the automobile industry, helping to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles. That combination of youthful experience drew him to Apalachee RV Center as a youth apprentice. Frank’s drive for perfection and analytical diagnostic abilities along with his national certifications in RV repair sets the standard for all work at the center. He is proud of regular customers who drive thousands of miles for servicing at Apalachee RV and a reputation that extends beyond recreational vehicles to the commercial market. Today, he drives his own motorhome for family excursions.
