Thanks for your kind words. We often hear similar stories about age restrictions. Not that a big a difference between a 9 year old and an 11 year old coach as far as we are concerned. We have the talent to fix 'em both. We believe we repair RVs and their owners. Thanks for taking time to provide the valuable feedback. It is also an important point that you wisely do an annual inspection and maintenance.

This is often neglected by RV owners and it often leads to breakdowns and more expensive repairs at the worst possible time. We hated to do the credit card fee but it became necessary as we were paying that fee, subsidizing everybody's rewards programs. Robert we hated to do it. But we found we were subsidizing everybody's rewards programs by effectively discounting our repairs by the amount the credit card companies charged us. Some companies do charge greater than 3%. Unfortunately if any card is used, we get charged. Our labor rates are well within the range of our area service providers. We did not want to raise our labor rate across the board. So only credit card users are affected. Cash and checks are still acceptable here without any fees attached. And as you state our work has been good over the years. We don't collect the 3% it goes straight to the credit card issuer. Thanks for being a great customer. Safe travels, Tracy.

But we can hook you up to electric and water in a pinch. And fix your RV. It's not often an engine needs to be swapped, but we have experience with class C motorhomes as well as gas and diesel class A coaches. We have swapped engines in them all.
